Blue Pencil has successfully delivered and implemented the Solution Manager ITSM (IT Service Management) system for Commerce Zone to assist with the SRM Support process.
Commerce Zone is already receiving value out of the implementation as it enables incidents to be raised for our customers, in accordance with documented Incident handling procedures. It also forms the basis for our centralised service management framework, allowing us to provide support at agreed service levels.
